The present Company Air Charter Africa was incorporated as a Limited Liability Company in year 2007. The Company was first registered as Air Charter Express.

The name was later changed to Air Charter Africa to reflect its belief in helping to ease the cargo and airfreight nightmares of the average African businessman and woman.
